Ever wondered how people create their great websites & blog sites? Well, one way to do it is by using WordPress. WordPress is a free & open source content management system used to make blogs and websites. It is has an enormous array of plugins, widgets and themes to choose from in order to customize what you want. With all of the available features, WordPress is only limited by your imagination (and sometimes HTML). The coding languages that WordPress uses are PHP and MySQL.

WordPress started as a simple blogging system and evolved into a system that can be used as full content management system. With thousands of different plugins, wigdets, themes, and settings, WordPress can accomplish any of your blogging and website needs.


WordPress is essentially the easiest, most intuitive, powerful blogging and website content management system (or CMS) in existence today. WordPress is seen by millions of people daily and used on millions of sites. As of August 2013, WordPress was used by more than 22% of the top 10 million websites.
